The Energy Institute has commissioned a film entitled ‘HR in Energy - A Personnel Challenge’. The film examines the chronic shortage of key skills within the Energy sector and explores how the lack of new expertise entering the sector continues to affect the industry’s progress.
Upstream was asked to sponsor and participate in the film, in collaboration with several major Operators and worldwide industry experts.
